These extended activations offer more time for brands to activate in an off-site space of their choice and allow attendees to visit the event at a time that fits their schedule. Having more time provides for greater creativity in designing brand experiences.
All Day Events take place from 10 AM to 6 PM and can be open to all TOTC attendees,or brands can have a closed invitation list. Please bring your event concept to the Partnerships Team, and we can recommend an event style that would fit and where our team can offer more assistance and resources during planning.
All Day Event Sponsorship Includes:
- Up to 8 hour event slot on TOTC agenda
- Potential to request water from Official Water Sponsor
- Minimum 25-30 images provided by TOTC Photography Team
FINE PRINT
- Following May 16th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
- A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
- The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th. Failure to provide the event location via the provided form may result in loss of deliverables, such as photography.
