The demanding physical requirements of bartending—including repetitive shaking, heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and awkward reaching—often lead to persistent pain, decreased quality of life, and potentially shortened careers. To combat this critical issue, a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and Principal Bartender will host a seminar using clinical expertise and industry-specific case studies to dissect the three most common orthopedic injuries: low back pain, upper extremity pain including elbow and shoulder pain, and plantar fasciitis foot pain. Attendees will learn simple, low-cost solutions, including self-manual therapy and specific exercises that can be implemented immediately to prevent and reverse these physical impairments. Participants will walk away with an immediate "Preventative Orthopedic Health Plan," a valuable resource designed to save them weeks of pain and thousands in medical bills by providing targeted information for self-treatment. Beyond immediate relief, the seminar offers critical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and tissue healing capacity, delivered by industry experts who empower patients to return to work and sport. Seminars will be hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans and will range from 60-90 minutes. Brands will receive logo placement on the TOTC2025 agenda and signage and have the opportunity to have their product served during their sponsored seminar.

Seminar sponsorships are responsible for the underwriting of the spirits served and will be ordered through the Foundation.
