Beyond the Bar Lounge (Sponsorship Fee: $6,890.00+ furniture)

Create a relaxing space for attendees to rest and restore between Tasting Rooms, educational programming, and Wellness Workshops.

Hosted in the Baronne room, the Beyond the Bar Lounge sponsorship includes the opportunity to build a welcoming seating area, serve NA refreshments, and be a constant presence Monday through Thursday during the conference.

The BTB Lounge sponsor will provide lounge furniture and set up through a third party. A list of suggested vendors is available upon request.

• A TOTC Access Wristband is required for Admittance to Activation.

• This is a non-alc & RTD space only.
• The brand is responsible for ordering, preparing, and serving products
• The Beyond the Bar Lounge does not have back-of-house clearance. Bartenders will need to work on site alongside Festival staff for any cleaning of bar tools.
• Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.

The sponsor is responsible for the communication of the following details to the Tales & The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans teams: 

• Communication with the Tales team regarding room programming and run of show
• Sponsor is responsible for direct coordination with the hotel regarding:
  • Shipping Requests
  • Load in/Load Out
  • Food + Beverage
