CURATED EDUCATION + TASTING ROOM
This unique floor plan offers the best of both worlds: a Brand Education room and a Tasting Room. The pre-function space operates as an experiential tasting room for a come-and-go experience, while the Gentilly room can be used to conduct educational or interactive sessions for 36 seated attendees, classroom-styled and 10 extra seats in back, theatre-style. These sessions are 2 hours in duration; we recommend activating two or three sessions to maximize attendees.
Discounted rates are available for Brand Education + Tasting Room activations hosted on Sunday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.
Sponsorship includes:
- Room to accommodate 36 seated attendees, classroom-styled, and 10 extra seats, theatre-style and room for a come-and-go tasting experience
- Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
- Included on Daily Schedule Signage
- Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team
Room Specifications
- Pre-Function Space: 560 SQ FT
- Gentilly room: 750 SQ FT

- F&B minimum of $1,500
Time Allocations
- 2-hour load-in on all days EXCEPT MONDAY
- Monday load-in will be 1 hour
- 30-minute load out
- 2-hour event time on TOTC Agenda
Supplies
- Product donation from Official Partners such as Water, Mixers, etc.
- Tables choices of — 6’ x 30”; 6’ x 18”; 5’ round; 36” cocktail round
- For Pre-Function area only
- Hotel linens
- TOTC 5 oz. biodegradable cups (as many as needed)
- Cocktail napkins
- Kold Draft and regular chip ice
- 2 bus tubs
- Trash receptacle for clean up at the end of the event
- Recycling receptacle
Policies + Fine Print
Access & On-Site Guidelines
- Wristbands: A TOTC Tasting Room Wristband is required for entry.
- Worker Access: 10 Staff wristbands issued on-site with valid proof of LDA (U.S. Legal Drinking Age) ID.
- Serving-ware: Glassware is not permitted inside the activation space; compostable cups will be provided, or you may provide your own TOTCF-approved compostables.
- Space Use: Buildout must remain within your assigned room—no overflow into common areas.
- Alcohol Ordering: Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor.
- F&B Minimum: A $1,500 Food & Beverage minimum applies, payable to The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
- Audio/Visual: A/V equipment available for rent through The Ritz-Carlton.
- Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.
NOT INCLUDED with Sponsorship
Staffing
- Sponsors must provide labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out.
- All bartenders must hold ServSafe certification.
- Sponsors are responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, and refrigeration.
Supplies & Sampling
- Sponsors must provide any additional decor, buildout, or signage.
- All alcoholic products must be ordered through TOTC’s liquor license and LA distribution.
- Sponsors must cover the cost of any additional cocktail ingredients.
Financial Terms
- A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
- After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
