BRAND HOSTED FITNESS OFFSITE ACTIVITY: $2000 Sponsorship Fee + $60 Sustainability Fee

Sponsors can host various fitness classes, such as dance, boxing, cycling, and more, in an off-site venue of their choice. Sponsors can plan and host sessions that align with their brand programs and priorities to engage and inspire drinks industry professionals.

Brand Hosted Fitness Sponsorship Includes: 

• Listed on the TOTC Agenda
• Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
• The sponsor is liable to curating and coordinating the content. Sponsors are required to update the promotional details on the ticketing platform by June 20th. 
• The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th. Failure to provide the event location via the provided form may result in loss of deliverables, such as photography.
