BREEZEWAY EVENT: $5,000 Sponsorship Fee + $300 Sustainability Fee

MAKE THE FIRST IMPRESSION

The Breezeway Pop-Up is an exciting way to make a first impression with Tales attendees! Located in the height of festival traffic immediately outside the entrance to TOTC Registration, brands can wow and stun attendees upon arrival at The Ritz Carlton, New Orleans.

Discounted rates are available for Breezeway activations hosted on Sunday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations

Sponsorship includes:

Promotion

  • Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Included on Daily Schedule Signage
  • Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Time Allocations

  • 1-hour load-in
  • 30-minute load out
  • 1.5-hour event time on TOTC Agenda

Space Specifications:

  • 6 - 8 foot footprint
  • Brand is responsible for buildout

Supplies

  • One 6’ x 30” table
  • Product donation from Official Partners such as Water, Mixers, etc.
  • 1 designated entry and exit point
  • TOTC 5 oz. compostable cups (as many as needed)
  • Cocktail napkins
  • Kold Draft and regular chip ice
  • 2 Bus tubs
  • Trash receptacle and clean up at the end of the event
  • Recycling receptacle

Policies + Fine Print

Access & On-Site Guidelines

  • Wristbands: A TOTC Tasting Room Wristband is required.
  • Worker Access: Staff wristbands issued on-site with valid proof of LDA (U.S. Legal Drinking Age) ID.
  • Serving-ware: Glassware is not permitted inside the activation space; compostable cups will be provided, or you may provide your own TOTCF-approved compostables.
  • Space Use: Buildout must remain within your assigned space—no overflow into common areas. Rain or shine, No inside plan due to weather
  • Alcohol Ordering: Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor.
  • NO F&B Required
  • Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.

NOT INCLUDED with Sponsorship

Staffing

  • Sponsors must provide labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out.
  • All bartenders must hold ServSafe certification.
  • Sponsors are responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, and refrigeration.

Supplies & Sampling

  • Sponsors must provide any additional decor or signage.
  • All alcoholic products must be ordered through TOTC’s liquor license and LA distribution.
  • Sponsors must cover the cost of any additional cocktail ingredients.

Financial Terms

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
  • After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
