TALES CATALYST: $2,500-$5,000 Sponsorship Fee +$150-$300 Sustainability Fee

RECOGNIZING LEADERS OF INTERSECTIONALITY + ACCESSIBILITY 

Tales Catalyst honors individuals who are making a real impact in their communities—leaders who are driving change and advocating for marginalized groups in the industry. Each year, the Foundation will honor two “Tales Catalysts” — one U.S. and one International – at the annual Tales Catalyst event at Tales of the Cocktail.

This year, the Tales Catalyst Event will be held on Tuesday, July 21st, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. 

Tales Catalyst Presenting Sponsorship:  

Presenting Sponsors of the Tales Catalyst will be named the sponsor of the U.S. or International Honoree. This allows your brand to showcase the talent in the global drinks industry and spotlight your product, which will be poured at the event.

Policies + Fine Print

• Alcohol Ordering and Service:
  • Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor.
  • All drinks will be batched and served by the TOTC Cocktail Apprentice Program
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
