Cocktail Apprentice Program Annual Supporting Sponsorship (Sponsorship Fee: $4,455.00)

CAP ANNUAL SUPPORTING SPONSORSHIP: $4,200 + $252 Sustainability Fee 

MENTORSHIP, EDUCATION, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation's Cocktail Apprentice Program® (CAP) is an exclusive year-long mentorship program for up-and-coming bartenders around the world to learn alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

Supporting CAP sponsorship provides an opportunity for brands to have face-time and the chance to support the growing network of past apprentices by offering exclusive scholarships and financial aid opportunities to further their growth within the industry.

Sponsorship Includes:

• Term June 2026-May 2027
• Host of 1 On-site Meal for the CAPs during TOTC2026 (Breakfast or Lunch)
• 1 virtual educational webinar for CAPs
• Provide up to 1 travel opportunities, such as educational brand home visits, to CAPs throughout the term
• 10-15 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Policies + Fine Print

• All breakfasts and lunches will be held at the Ritz Carlton and require a $3,000 F&B Minimum
  • Any alcohol must be ordered through TOTCF and served by brand representatives

Financial Terms

• A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
• After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
