CAP ANNUAL SUPPORTING SPONSORSHIP: $5,000 + $300 Sustainability Fee 

MENTORSHIP, EDUCATION, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation's Cocktail Apprentice Program® (CAP) is an exclusive year-long mentorship program for up-and-coming bartenders around the world to learn alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

 Host our CAP Class for the most important meals of the day. The Supporting CAP Sponsorship provides an opportunity for brands to have face-time and the chance to support the growing network of past apprentices by offering exclusive scholarships and financial aid opportunities to further their growth within the industry.

Sponsorship Includes:

• Term June 2025-May 2026
• Host of one (1) On-site Meal for the CAPs during TOTC2025 (Breakfast or Lunch)
• One (1) virtual educational webinar for CAPs
• Opportunity for brand trips
• Opportunity to gift CAPs with branded items
• 10-15 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• All breakfasts, as well as available lunches, will be held at The Ritz Carlton, New Orleans and require a $3,000 F&B Minimum.
• Any alcohol must be ordered through TOTCF and served by brand representatives.
• Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
