Tales of the Cocktail Foundation's Cocktail Apprentice Program® (CAP) is an exclusive year-long mentorship program for up-and-coming bartenders around the world to learn alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. TOTCF continues to support the growing network of past apprentices by offering exclusive scholarships and financial aid opportunities to further support their growth within the industry.

Cocktail Apprentice Program Annual Title Sponsorship includes:

Activation and Year-Round Engagement Deliverables

• • Term: June 2026 - May 2027
  • Host the off-site Welcome Dinner on the Friday before the conference
  • Host the onsite Closing Lunch at The Ritz-Carlton on Friday, the week of the conference
  • First right for CAP gift items
  • Opportunity to provide a small build-out in the CAP BOH space
  • Featured brand logo on CAP Coats
  • Opportunity to host an educational session at Tales on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evening
  • Opportunity to host 4 virtual educational webinars throughout the term

Policies + Fine Print

• Lunch will be held at The Ritz Carlton and requires a $3,000 F&B minimum
  • Any alcohol must be ordered through TOTCF and served by brand representatives
• First right deadline for CAP gift items is March 31, 2026
• Logo inclusion for SafeBar classes is pending approval by the TOTCF deadline
• Sponsor is responsible for the curation, coordination, and funding of the off-site Meal
• Marketing and PR deliverables apply only to promotions related to the CAP class the sponsor is supporting.
• Inclusion in any Marketing or PR for the CAP class of 2027 would require a continuation of sponsorship support.

Financial Terms

• Following May 26th, 2026, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based on the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
