Tales of the Cocktail Foundation's Cocktail Apprentice Program® (CAP) is an exclusive year-long mentorship program for up-and-coming bartenders around the world to learn alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

TOTCF continues to support the growing network of past apprentices by offering exclusive scholarships and financial aid opportunities to further support their growth within the industry.

Cocktail Apprentice Program Annual Title Sponsorship includes:

• Term June 2025-May 2026
• Host of One (1) Off-site Dinner
• *Closing Lunch (onsite) for the CAPs
• Option to provide year-round travel opportunities to apprentices throughout the annual term
• Small build-out for apprentices in CAP space (optional)
• Brand logo on CAP Coats
• Two (2) virtual educational webinars for apprentices
• Tattoo sponsorship
• First right for the opportunity to provide branded Sharpies, water bottles, scissors, etc.
• Supporter of two (2) SafeBar classes for CAPs
• Option to host a 30-minute evening “seminar” on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evening
• 10-15 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• *Lunch will be held at The Ritz Carlton, New Orleans and require a $3,000 F&B.
• Any alcohol must be ordered through TOTCF and served by brand representatives.
• The sponsor is responsible for the curation, coordination, and funding of the Offsite Meal.
• Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5 expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
