IN-ROOM GIFTS: $3,550 Sponsorship Fee + $213 Sustainability Fee

SURPRISE AND DELIGHT!

There's nothing Tales attendees love more than a surprise gift after a long day of festing. In-Room Gifts are a great way to provide product, branded swag, or TOTC necessities to those who reserve a room through The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans hotel block.

Sponsorship includes:

• One gift, provided by the sponsor, placed in all guest rooms within the Tales of the Cocktail room block at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
• Opportunity to provide up to 350 gifts to TOTC attendees.

Policies + Fine Print

• Production: Sponsor must produce the gifts and ship to The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
  • Information about the gift must be shared by the sponsor by June 1st, 2026, for TOTCF approval.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
