DAYTIME GUEST SHIFT ADDITIONAL HOUR: $2,000 Sponsorship Fee + $60 Sustainability Fee

Add an extra hour of spirited collaboration to your Guest Shift Sponsorship. Guest Shifts are sold in 2-hour time slots. Brands hosting events prior to 6pm can add an additional hour to their event to keep the collaboration going.

Guest Shifts pair a visiting bar team with a local New Orleans venue, creating a dynamic and authentic exchange of styles, stories, and techniques. Designed as a true collaboration, these activations require no build-out and celebrate the host venue’s existing atmosphere and identity.

Sponsorship includes:

• 1 additional hour + 2-hour event listed on TOTC Official Schedule
• Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
• Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team (as included in original deliverables for Guest Shift)

Policies + Fine Print

• Add on- 1 Additional Hour for Guest Shift Activation.
• Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their bar/restaurant.
• Event Details: Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
  • Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables.
• Bar Operations:
  • The bar/restaurant must retain its own identity.
  • All drinks will be available for purchase during the event. Payment may be made by individual guests, covered by the sponsor, or a combination of both.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
