Door Hanger Gifts are a great way to showcase your brand by providing gifts to all TOTC attendees staying at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, through our TOTC2026 hotel block.

Sponsorship Includes:

• One gift, provided by the sponsor, hung on or left near the door of all guest rooms within the Tales of the Cocktail room block at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
• Opportunity to provide up to 350 gifts to TOTC attendees

Policies + Fine Print

• Production: Sponsor must produce the gifts and ship to The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
  • Information about gift must be shared by the sponsor by June 1st, 2026, for TOTCF approval
• Restrictions: Door hanger gifts cannot contain alcohol or CBD/THC products.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
