FOUNTAIN BAR: $4900 Sponsorship Fee + $294 Sustainability Fee
MAKE A SPLASH
Located in a well-trodden area of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, the Fountain Bar allows brands to serve their product to the largest audience in the shortest amount of time. This 1.5-hour session format allows Tales attendees to sample products or cocktails while moving between events. No additional build-out or attaching decor is permitted.
Fountain Bar Sponsorship Includes:
- Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
- Included on Daily Schedule Signage
- Water from Official Water Sponsor
- Potential to request mixer product from Official Mixer Partner
- 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team
Time Allocations:
- 1 hour load in (except last slot on Monday - 45 minutes)
- 30 minute load out
- 1.5 hour event time on TOTC Agenda
Logistics:
- Turn-key preset bar and back bar provided by TOTC
- Space on bar top + shelf to display branding elements
Included Supplies
- Stand-alone, pre-built bar
- 1 designated entry and exit point
- TOTC 5 oz. biodegradable cups (as many as needed)
- Cocktail napkins
- Kold Draft and Regular Ice
- 1 bus tub
- Trash Receptacle for clean up at the end of the event
- Recycling Receptacle
FINE PRINT
- A TOTC Tasting Room Access Wristband is required for admittance to Activation.
- All Tasting Room activations are responsible for the underwriting of the spirits they order, and they must be ordered through the Foundation.
- Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
- A 10% deposit based upon the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
- Should you want any snacks or food for this event, you must order through The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
- Any logo, event title, or participating brand submitted after June 20th may not be included in promotions & marketing.
The following items are not included in the package:
STAFFING
- Sponsor is responsible for securing labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out.
- All staff serving or preparing cocktails at the event must hold a ServSafe certification
SUPPLIES & SAMPLING
- Any additional buildout, decor, signage, etc.
- Sponsor is responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, or storage/refrigeration needs
- All alcoholic products must be ordered through the TOTC liquor license and distributed in Louisiana
