EXPERIENTIAL TASTINGS: LARGE FORMAT GROUP TASTING ROOM

Fountainbleu + Pre-Function Tasting Room is the perfect space to host multi-groups, partners, or portfolios in the same room for maximum visibility on multiple spirits simultaneously. Gather your gang together and magnify your presents at TOTC2025. If you're interested in a multiple-day activation, we encourage you to check out our Week-Long Tastings. All Tasting Room activations are responsible for the underwriting of the spirits they order, and they must be ordered through the Foundation.

Fountainbleau Tasting Room + Pre-Function Space Sponsorship Includes: 

  • Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Included on Daily Schedule Signage
  • Water from Official Water Sponsor
  • Opportunity to request mixer product from Official Mixer Partner
  • Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team
  • F&B minimum of $1,500

Room Specifications

  • 1316 SQ FT room + 620 SQ FT pre-function space
  • 6 Electrical Outlets
  • 1 Entry/Exit Points

Time Allocations

  • 2-hour load in on all days except Monday (1 hour)
  • 30 minute load out
  • 2-hour event time on TOTC Agenda

Included Supplies

  • Hotel Linens
  • TOTC 5 oz. biodegradable cups (as many as needed)
  • Cocktail napkins
  • Kold Draft & Regular Ice
  • 2 bus tubs
  • Trash Receptacle for clean up at the end of the event
  • Recycling Receptacle

FINE PRINT

  • A TOTC Tasting Room Access Wristband is required for admittance to Activation.
  • All Tasting Room activations are responsible for the underwriting of the spirits they order, and they must be ordered through the Foundation.
  • Group tasting rooms can include brands from multiple importers and organized by one agency, or can be multiple brands featured from a portfolio of products
  • Sponsor is responsible for a $1500 additional Food & Beverage Minimum paid directly to The Ritz-Carlto, New Orleans.
  • AV needs can be ordered through The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
  • Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
  • A 10% deposit based upon the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
  • Any logo, event title, or participating brand submitted after June 20th may not be included in promotions & marketing.

The following items are not included in the package: 

STAFFING

  • Sponsor is responsible for securing labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out
  • All staff serving or preparing cocktails at the event must hold a ServSafe certification
  • Sponsor is responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, or storage/refrigeration needs

SUPPLIES & SAMPLING

  • Any additional buildout, decor, signage, etc.
  • All alcoholic products must be ordered through the TOTC liquor license and distributed in Louisiana
  • Additional cocktail ingredients are the responsibility of the sponsor
