Guest Shift (Sponsorship Fee: $3,710.00)

Guest Shifts allow partners to pair a guest bar team with a local New Orleans account. Guest Shifts don’t require any build-out and are designed to be a true collaboration between the visiting and host bar. The event venue must remain open to the public throughout the event, retain its identity, and have drinks available for purchase.

Discounted rates are available for Guest Shifts hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.

Sponsorship includes:

• 2-hour event listed on TOTC Official Schedule
• Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
• Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Policies + Fine Print

• Sponsorship Fee: Includes TOTCF sponsorship fee plus a suggested $500 minimum bar tab, paid directly to the bar/restaurant, and a suggested $500 stipend paid to your visiting talent
• Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their bar/restaurant.
• Event Details: Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
  • Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables.
• Bar Operations:
  • The bar/restaurant must retain its own identity.
  • All drinks will be available for purchase during the event. Payment may be made by individual guests, covered by the sponsor, or a combination of both.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
