Guest Shifts (Sponsorship Fee: $2,742.38 - $3,656.50)

GUEST SHIFT:  $3550 Sponsorship Fee + $106.5 Sustainability Fee

LOCAL FLAVOR WITH GLOBAL TALENT

Guest Shifts allow partners to pair a guest bartender with a local New Orleans venue and bar team. Guest Shifts don’t require any build-out and are designed to be a true collaboration between a New Orleans venue and a brand. Bars and venues must remain open to the public, retain their identity, and have drinks available for purchase.

Guest Shift Sponsorship Includes:

• 2 hour event listed on TOTC agenda
• Potential to request water from Official Water Sponsor
• Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• Sponsorship requires TOTCF Sponsorship Fee + a $500 Minimum Bar Tab paid directly to your account partner and a $500 Talent Stipend paid directly to your talent.
• Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
• The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th. Failure to provide the event location via the provided form may result in loss of deliverables, such as photography.
