Happy Hour (Sponsorship Fee: $1,445.00)

Hosted daily, Happy Hours are for any brand wishing to host Tales of the Cocktail attendees at a New Orleans bar or restaurant. These events allow brands to create a feature menu and highlight local New Orleans talent.

Discounted rates are available for Happy Hours hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.

Sponsorship includes:

• 2-hour event listed on TOTC Official Schedule
• Opportunity to request products from Official Partners

Policies + Fine Print

• Sponsorship Fee: Includes TOTCF sponsorship fee plus a suggested $500 minimum bar tab, paid directly to the bar/restaurant.
• Bar Operations:
  • Sponsor is responsible for securing their bar/restaurant.
  • The bar/restaurant must retain its own identity.
  • All drinks must be served by the bar/restaurant’s staff.
  • All drinks will be available for purchase during the event. Payment may be made by individual guests, covered by the sponsor, or a combination of both.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
• Event Details: Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
