HAPPY HOUR:  $1350 Sponsorship Fee + $40.5 Sustainability Fee

WHY LIMIT HAPPY TO AN HOUR?

Hosted daily, Happy Hours are for any brand wishing to host Tales of the Cocktail attendees at a New Orleans venue. These events allow brands to create a feature menu and highlight local New Orleans talent and venues. 

Happy Hour Sponsorship Includes:

• 2 hour event listed on TOTC agenda
• Potential to request water from Official Water Sponsor

Time Slots:

• 3:30pm - 5:30pm
• 4:30pm - 6:30pm
• 5:30pm - 7:30pm

FINE PRINT

• Sponsorship requires TOTCF Sponsorship Fee + a $500 Minimum Bar Tab paid directly to your account partner.
• The bar must retain its identity, and the drinks should be served by the bar's staff.
• Following May 16th, 2025 all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout) and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
• The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th.
