We are facing a values shift. This session explores how leadership must transform for 2026, 2030, and 2036. Using insights from INSEAD, CGA, MPI, industry white papers, and global interviews, we unpack four future-focused leadership behaviours: Sensemaking, Talent Cultivation, Adaptive Influence, and Future-Creating Leadership. Seminars will be hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans and will range from 60-90 minutes. Brands will receive logo placement on the TOTC2025 agenda and signage and have the opportunity to have their product served during their sponsored seminar.
