SHOWCASE THE MAKERS BEHIND YOUR SPIRITS

Meet the Distillers is our annual homage to the great creators behind each brand. The large tasting format event allows TOTC2026 attendees to sample a myriad of products under one roof. Meet the Distillers takes place on Thursday, one of the most high-traffic days at Tales! With two sessions, morning and afternoon, this activation will be on full display and welcomes a large volume of attendees. Partners can elect to do one or both sessions for maximum visibility.

Meet the Distillers Table sponsorship includes:

  • Logo on TOTC agenda
  • Up to 5 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Signage

  • Logo included on table signage

Room Specifications

  • 1,376 SQ FT room 6 Electrical Outlets

Time Allocations

MTD - Session 2

  • 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • 2:00 - 5:00 PM
  • 2-hour load-in only for those with 1 session
  • 30 minute load out

Supplies

  • (2) 6ft Tables
  • Hotel Linens
  • TOTC 5 oz. biodegradable cups (as many as needed)
  • Cocktail napkins
  • Water from Official Water Sponsor
  • Kold Draft & Regular Ice
  • 2 bus tubs
  • Trash Receptacle for clean up at the end of the event
  • Recycling Receptacle

Policies + Fine Print

Access & On-Site Guidelines

  • Wristbands: A TOTC Tasting Room Wristband is required for entry.
  • Worker Access: 4 Staff wristbands issued on-site with valid proof of LDA (U.S. Legal Drinking Age) ID. (*no more than 4 people can work at each table)
  • Serving-ware: Glassware is not permitted inside the activation space; compostable cups will be provided, or you may provide your own TOTCF-approved compostables.
  • Alcohol Ordering: Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor.
  • Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.

NOT INCLUDED with Sponsorship

Staffing

  • Sponsors must provide labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out.
  • All bartenders must hold ServSafe certification.
  • Sponsors are responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, and refrigeration.

Supplies & Sampling

  • Sponsors must provide any additional decor or signage.
  • All alcoholic products must be ordered through TOTC’s liquor license and LA distribution.
  • Sponsors must cover the cost of any additional cocktail ingredients.

Financial Terms

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
  • After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
