THE HEADLINERS OF TALES OF THE COCKTAIL

This large attendance format event allows partners to showcase their portfolio of brands during the conference’s peak of evening programming. Headliner Events are coveted RSVP-only parties that give brands an opportunity to dazzle attendees with creative displays of craft and cocktails. Headliner Events begin after 5 PM and can support a capacity of 800+ attendees. Headliner Events can be open to all TOTC attendees and/or brands can have a closed invitation list.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 4-hour event slot on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
  • Push notification through TOTC event app - pending RSVP availability
  • Event Photography included in Tales Recap Post
  • Minimum 30-35 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Policies + Fine Print

  • RSVP Process: Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees.
  • Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their venue.
  • Capacity: 800 or more attendees
  • Event Details:
    • Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
    • Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables.
  • Payment Terms:
    • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
    • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
    • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
