NO & LOW BAR: $3,650 Sponsorship Fee + $219 Sustainability Fee

SESSION DRINKS + ZERO-PROOF

Curate a tasting experience on the high-traffic first floor of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans to showcase spirit-free and low-ABV products and cocktails. No & Low Tastings offer attendees an opportunity to take a break with an alternative to the traditional cocktail. They are available daily in 1.5-hour time slots. Bar provided by Perlick.

Discounted rates are available for No & Low activations hosted on Sunday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.

Sponsorship includes:

Promotion

  • Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Included on Daily Schedule Signage
  • Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Time Allocations

  • 1-hour load-in
  • 30-minute load out
  • 1.5-hour event time on TOTC Agenda

Supplies

  • Product donation from Official Partners such as Water, Mixers, etc.
  • Stand-alone, pre-built bar
  • 1 designated entry and exit point
  • TOTC 5 oz. compostable cups (as many as needed)
  • Cocktail napkins
  • Kold Draft and regular chip ice
  • 2 Bus tubs
  • Trash receptacle and clean up at the end of the event
  • Recycling receptacle

Logistics

  • Perlick Bar provided
  • Turn-key preset bar and back bar provided by TOTC on the first floor at Tales
  • Space on bar top + shelf to display branding elements

Policies + Fine Print

Access & On-Site Guidelines

  • Wristbands: A TOTC Tasting Room Wristband is required.
  • Worker Access: 4 Staff wristbands issued on-site with valid proof of LDA (U.S. Legal Drinking Age) ID.
  • Serving-ware: Glassware is not permitted inside the activation space; compostable cups will be provided, or you may provide your own TOTCF-approved compostables.
  • Space Use: No additional build-out or attaching decor is allowed.
  • Alcohol Ordering: Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor. Non-Alc partner products do not have to be ordered through the Foundation. 
  • NO F&B Required
  • Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.

NOT INCLUDED with Sponsorship

Staffing

  • Sponsors must provide labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out.
  • All bartenders must hold ServSafe certification.
  • Sponsors are responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, and refrigeration.

Supplies & Sampling

  • Sponsors must provide any additional decor or signage.
  • All alcoholic products must be ordered through TOTC’s liquor license and LA distribution.
  • Sponsors must cover the cost of any additional cocktail ingredients.

Financial Terms

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
  • After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
