Design the room key provided to all TOTC attendees staying at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans through our hotel block! Artwork must be turned in at least six weeks before Tales of the Cocktail.

Sponsorship includes:

Promotion

• Room keys are provided to all guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans through the Tales of the Cocktail room block.

Policies + Fine Print

• Design must be shared by the sponsor by June 1st, 2026, for TOTCF approval
• Room keys are ordered by TOTCF
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
