Policy Initiative Underwriting (Sponsorship Fee: $2,000)

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation has launched a Policy Initiative geared towards providing key resources for hospitality professionals in the United States in regard to job standards. Our desire is to help bartenders and servers improve the quality of their profession and increase protections for bartending and serving as viable, long-term careers. TOTCF conducts research and supports efforts toward effective policy changes, as well as establishes and implements education resources on policy efforts across the United States.

These academically conducted research efforts and analytical data results will be published and available via our Policy Initiative webpage to those interested in supporting positive policy changes and labor standards for bartender and server professionals. TOTCF will provide these resources with the intention of unifying and motivating hospitality professionals to take action on behalf of their industry. From this research, a peer-reviewed academic article and an industry report will be made available.

• Brand acknowledged as project underwriter on policy website with logo and in quarterly policy newsletter by name and logo.
• Brand shared on proprietary research results examining fair labor standards and models of adopting a living wage for bar workers.
