Sponsors will achieve maximum visibility through a dedicated spotlight in our monthly partnership newsletter (shared with over 250+ sponsors!) and premium placement on our Preferred Vendors List.

This opportunity is ideal for barware, equipment, ice companies, non-alcoholic brands, juices, syrups, or any other non-traditional partner that can offer something of value for sponsors to utilize their products for Tales events and activations.

Sponsorship includes:

• One dedicated spotlight in the partnership sponsor newsletter
• Premium placement on our preferred vendors list
• Visibility with 250+ sponsors

Policies + Fine Print

• This product excludes any sponsor or product that would compete with any “Official Partnership” secured, such as glassware, water, or mixer.
• Sponsor must provide copy and images for the spotlight via a form
• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
