Small Day Event (Sponsorship Fee: $5,098.50 - $6,798.00)

SMALL DAY EVENT:  $6600 Sponsorship Fee + $198 Sustainability Fee

Host an event that's sure to impress! There are endless opportunities to choose a New Orleans venue and create an experience for attendees during the day. Small Day Events are 3 hours or less and must end by 6 pm.

By Invitation Only Events can be open to all TOTC attendees or brands can have a closed invitation list.

Small Day Event Sponsorship Includes:

• 3 hour event slot on TOTC agenda
• Potential to request water from Official Water Sponsor
• Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• Following May 16th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
• The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th. Failure to provide the event location via the provided form may result in loss of deliverables, such as photography.
