SMALL DAY EVENT:  $6,600 Sponsorship Fee + $462 Sustainability Fee

DAY PARTY? YES, OF COURSE!

Host a day event that's sure to impress! DJs, pool parties, or even small tasting classes– there are endless opportunities to choose a New Orleans venue and create an experience for TOTC attendees. Small Day Events are 3 hours or less and must end by 6 PM. RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees.

Discounted rates are available for Small Day events hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 3-hour event slot on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
  • Minimum 15-20 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Policies + Fine Print

  • RSVP Process: Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees.
  • Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their venue.
  • Event Details:
    • Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
    • Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables.
  • Payment Terms:
    • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
    • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
    • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
