SMALL BUT MIGHTY!

An invitation-only event that allows partners to bring attendees together to experience brands in a more intimate environment. Slated for 200 attendees or less, Small Night Activations take place in the evening and late night before and after Night Events. By Invitation Only Events can be open to all TOTC attendees, or brands can have a closed invitation list.

Small Night Event Sponsorship Includes:

• 3 hour event slot on TOTC agenda
• Potential to request water from Official Water Sponsor
• Minimum 25-30 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

FINE PRINT

• Following May 16th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
• The sponsor is responsible for sharing the location of their offsite event by June 20th. Failure to provide the event location via the provided form may result in loss of deliverables, such as photography.
