NIGHT EVENTS: $8,600-$13,000 Sponsorship Fee + $602-$910 Sustainability Fee

Small Night Event:

SMALL BUT MIGHTY!

An RSVP-only event that allows partners to bring attendees together to experience brands in a more intimate environment. Slated for 300 attendees or fewer, Small Night Activations take place in the evening and late night, before and after Headliner events. RSVP-Only events can be open to all TOTC attendees, and/or brands can have a closed RSVP list.

Discounted rates are available for Night Events hosted on Sunday and Friday, offering brands a high-impact, cost-effective opportunity to engage attendees during days with fewer concurrent sponsor activations.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 3-hour event slot on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
  • Minimum 25-30 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Large Night Event:

BIGGER IS BETTER

New for 2026, TOTC premieres its all-new Large Night Events. This series, created to bridge the gap between Small Night parties and Headliner Events, allows brands to shine on a large scale and accommodate up to 800 attendees or less.

Large Night events can be open to all TOTC attendees, and/or brands can have a closed rsvp list.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 3-hour event slot on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Opportunity to request products from Official Partners
  • Minimum 25-30 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

 

Policies + Fine Print

  • RSVP Process: Your RSVP list can be open to all or a curated list of wrist-banded TOTC attendees.
    • RSVP access forms are created by the brand, such as Eventbrite or the brand's own website system, etc.
  • Venue: Sponsor is responsible for securing their venue.
  • Capacity:
    • Small Night Event: 200 Attendees or LESS
    • Large Night Event: 300 to 600 Attendees
  • Event Details
    • Sponsors must provide the event location by June 19, 2026.
    • Submissions after this date may limit our ability to provide full photography deliverables.
  • Payment Terms:
    • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
    • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
    • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
