Create a must-have photo moment for Tales of the Cocktail attendees. Join forces with Tales of the Cocktail Foundation on a co-branded installation to utilize the power of social media. The Tales of the Cocktail Photo Moment will be located in a high-traffic area at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. Showcase your brand on grand display and encourage Tales attendees to have a photo op with your brand.

The Tales of the Cocktail Photo Moment will be a collaboration between the brand and TOTCF Marketing Team. Once you check out, a member of the Partnership Team will contact you to discuss the next steps and finalize all logistics related to the product.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Opportunity to design, with TOTCF Marketing Team approval, a photo moment at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans

Logistics

  • Load out must be on Friday, July 24 between 10AM-2PM
  • Space near registration hallway and Fountain Bar

Policies + Fine Print

  • Once you check out, a Partner Manager will reach out to you for confirmation of this product.
  • Creative + Production
    • Sponsor to provide design for TOTCF approval by June 1st, 2026 before display is produced
    • Sponsor is responsible for creating and paying for the display and additional lighting, if deemed necessary by TOTCF
    • Load-in of installation must be on July 18th, 2026
    • Load-out must be on Friday, July 24 between 10AM-2PM
  • Payment Terms:
    • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
    • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and is due by April 20, 2026.
    • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.
