The Spirited Awards® has become one of the industry’s most sought-after awards. Recognizing beverage professionals, products, establishments, journalists, and media across every facet of the spirits and cocktail community globally, the Spirited Awards are a cornerstone of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. To ensure each aspect of the industry is well represented and recognized for its contributions, the award categories spotlight not only the bars and restaurants that are our homes and culture-bearers but also a range of talented individuals, including bartenders, journalists, and brand ambassadors, drinks brands and media publications.

Recognizing bars, bartenders, ambassadors, writers, and distillers, sponsor a Spirited Awards category and assist in showcasing the talent found throughout the global drinks industry from Regional Top 10 Honoree Announcement to the 2025 Winners. Spirited Awards Sponsors will also receive year-round recognition with logo placement featured on the Spirited Awards Directory, a resource to drive attention and traffic to the 1,000+ Spirited Awards recognized establishments around the globe.

Category Sponsorship:

Sponsorship of Award Category

• Sponsorship includes two awards (U.S. and International) within the same category.
• On-stage representation: One (1) brand representative presents each award.
• 8 premium seating tickets
• Winner photography: Branded photo opportunities with winners on the Spirited Awards Red Carpet.
• Brand inclusion in winner post carousels: Thank You + logo or Cocktail image featuring brand mention and/or recipe in caption.
• Access to official photography from the Spirited Awards ceremony (per photography rights).

On-Site Activation Opportunities

• Option to activate at the Spirited Awards ceremony with either:
  • Branded Bar or Small-scale activation within a designated area (venue-dependent).

• Eligibility to sponsor Spirited Awards–affiliated events beyond the main festival, such as:
  • Spirited Awards Bar Pop-Ups at Charleston Wine & Food Festival
  • The Gulf Bar Show
  • Dubai activations
• Applies to all sponsors at this level; not limited to their specific category.

Policies + Fine Print

• Payment Terms:
  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation.
  • Full payment by credit card is required after May 18, 2026, and will include a 5% expedition fee.

• Sponsorship of one award, including:

Fine Print

• After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.
• A 10% deposit based upon the total sponsorship fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
