This lively gathering sets the tone for the conference, offering brands an unparalleled opportunity to align with the spirit of community, creativity, and collaboration that defines Tales of the Cocktail.

As a Toast to Tales sponsor, your brand will be featured prominently throughout the event experience, with opportunities for product integration in signature cocktails, on-site visibility, and inclusion across event promotions and photography. The Toast serves as a high-energy, high-impact platform to showcase your brand to the world’s most influential voices in the hospitality and spirits industry.

Toast to Tales - Non-Alcoholic Sponsorship Includes:

Promotion:

  • Category exclusivity within the non-alcoholic segment for Toast to Tales (e.g., mixers, zero-proof spirits, or beverages)
  • Product integration in non-alcoholic or low-ABV serves during the event
  • Logo inclusion on certain event signage
  • Inclusion in event photography

Policies + Fine Print

Access & On-Site Guidelines

  • Serving-ware: Glassware is not permitted inside the activation space; compostable cups will be provided, or you may provide your own TOTCF-approved compostables.
  • Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.

NOT INCLUDED with Sponsorship

Staffing

  • CAPs will be responsible for preparation and serve of cocktail.

Supplies & Sampling

  • Sponsors must cover the cost of any additional cocktail ingredients.

Financial Terms

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your sponsorship. The Foundation will invoice for the remaining balance.
  • After May 22, 2026, a 5% expedition fee will apply to all confirmed partnerships. Full payment via credit card is required at that time.

  • Category exclusivity within your spirit category for Toast to Tales
  • Product integration in signature cocktail served during the event
  • Logo inclusion on certain event signage
  • Inclusion in event photography

Policies + Fine Print

Access & On-Site Guidelines

  • Alcohol Ordering: Sponsors must underwrite all alcohol, which must be ordered by the Foundation via a Louisiana distributor.
  • Marketing Deadline: Logos, event titles, and brand info submitted after June 19, 2026 may be excluded from promotional materials.
