WEEK-LONG TASTING: $54,500 + $3270 Sustainability Fee 

SHOW UP AND SHOW OFF - ALL WEEK LONG

The Week-Long Tasting is an excellent opportunity for a brand or portfolio to promote its latest products, partners, or brand programs and initiatives for four full days at TOTC. This is a highly visible and impactful opportunity for any sponsor to make an impression on the vast majority of TOTC attendees. Sponsors will be given a ballroom space on the second floor of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans to build out their brand however they see fit. Think big with this opportunity!

Week-Long Tasting Sponsorship Includes: 

  • 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM Monday Residency
  • 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday residency on-site
  • $7,500 additional Food & Beverage Minimum
  • Listed on TOTC Official Schedule
  • Included on Daily Schedule Signage
  • Water from Official Water Sponsor
  • Opportunity to request mixer product from Official Mixer Partner
  • 30-35 images provided by TOTCF Photography Team

Included Supplies

  • Hotel Linens
  • TOTC 5 oz. biodegradable cups (as many as needed)
  • Cocktail napkins
  • Kold Draft and Regular Ice
  • 2 bus tubs
  • Trash Receptacle for clean up at the end of the event
  • Recycling Receptacle

FINE PRINT

  • A TOTC Tasting Room Access Wristband is required for admittance to Activation.
  • All Tasting Room activations are responsible for the underwriting of the spirits they order, and they must be ordered through the Foundation.
  • Following May 26th, 2025, all confirmed partnerships will incur a 5% expedition fee (included in the total at checkout), and payment is required in full by credit card.
  • A 10% deposit based upon the Total Sponsorship Fee listed above is due in order to secure your sponsorship. Tales of the Cocktail Foundation will follow up for the remaining balance due.
  • Sponsor is responsible for a $7,500 additional Food & Beverage minimum paid directly to The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
  • AV needs can be ordered through The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans via Encore.
  • Any logo, event title, or participating brand submitted after June 20th may not be included in promotions & marketing.

The following items are not included in the package:

STAFFING

  • Sponsor is responsible for securing labor for load-in, event execution, and load-out
  • All staff serving or preparing cocktails at the event must hold a ServSafe certification

SUPPLIES & SAMPLING

  • Any additional buildout, decor, signage, etc.
  • Sponsor is responsible for all cocktail batching, prep, or storage/refrigeration needs
  • All alcoholic products must be ordered through the TOTC liquor license and distributed in Louisiana
  • Additional cocktail ingredients are the responsibility of the sponsor
